Add a Prayer to the Walls of Harmony Springs Building

Dear Friends,

The book, Flood Gates: Holy Momentum For A Fearless Church by Sue Nilson Kibbey, stresses the importance of prayer being the key to transforming individuals, the church and its ministries. The author states, the spiritual food that nourishes the life of Christ alive in each of us is prayer. Everything we do in the church should be built on PRAYER!

We are building a new center where the church will gather and welcome the community. We are looking forward to its completion in the Spring of this year! Our foundation for this new building has been, and continues to be, prayer. Now as we enter the season of Lent, we would like each member and friend of Harmony Springs Church to write a prayer of hope and love for the ministries of God's church here. The prayers will be embedded in the building, behind the walls, adding "the power of prayer" to the church's foundation. They will be a reminder to all of us how prayer is the fundamental ingredient in all we do as God's people.

There are several ways for you to send your prayer to the church:

1. Mail your prayer to the church office at PO BOX 428, Uniontown, OH 44685.

2. Bring your prayer to the church property Saturday, April 3, 2021 between 2-3pm.

3. E-mail your prayer to office@harmonysprings.org and it will be printed and added to the collection of prayers.

Write your prayer on any piece of paper you desire. Our prayers will be dedicated Easter Sunday, April 4th and then added to the building.

We look forward to receiving your prayers for the church. We know it is the power of God working through our prayers that we are able to be the church. Thanks be to God!
